My audio is looping, and so far I've only  heard it on APE encoded files, not mp3 (all I've used).  I've put a lot of time and money into getting MJ set up as my music source, but it's just not acceptable to have any audio anomoloies in my playback system, I'm seriously giving up MJ and going back to my sony cd changer, not near as slick, but playback is perfect.  I can't say if it's an APE problem or an MJ problem but there must be some way to figure this out and correct it.
