CD Labeler quit working

I've been using 8.385 for some time now with no problems.  Great program.  Kudos to Media Jukebox.

However, all of a sudden, CD Labeler tool will no longer work.  Using XP Pro, I get the message that CD Labeler had a problem and had to close.  I uninstalled Jukebox and reinstalled it with the same problem.

Please help.

MEDIA JUKEBOX v8.0.399 (9.0 MB)

Is the current version.

If you uninstalled you should make sure all registry entries are removed and check to see that the J River\Media Jukebox Was Removed, then reinstall

Advance apologies for a novice question:  How do I check to see if all registry entries were removed?  I know there is a registry editor, but that's about it.

I'm running XP Pro.

Additional info:  I can run CD Labeler from the Program Menu, but not from within Media Jukebox.
