Hearing clicks when listening to a stream and playing now open

Hi!
My wife is a psychologist and as far as she knows I should be OK...   ;D but I hear these clicks (you know the same what you hear when clicking a link in your browser) when listening to a web stream (shoutcast) and having the "Playing Now"-window open  ?
If you open another window (ie closing the "Playing now"-window) the clicks go away.
Open a shoutcast stream, open playing now and put the music on pause to hear it better...

Anyone?
