Where do you think answers come from, the Answer Tree?  These people are MC customers just like you, only happier.  I hardly see the sense in antagonizing them, especially since at least one of them knows the answer, yet didn't bother writing it down for you.  I would try asking politely, or else wait until the jriver crew comes back from Christmas holiday and yell at them (yelling at the jriver crew is amazingly therapeutic).

I don't think what you're asking can be done

I can't see any way to change view, except possibly in Theatre View.

mc11 /MCC 22003,x
Where X is the view you wish to change to
You'll have to do some experimenting here,
it may change depending how you have your views setup
On mine
mc11 /MCC 22003,8 Changed to Images for example
mc11 /MCC 22003,9 Changed to video...
