In Tags, Playlists, when moving mouse cursor over playlists, is there anyway of removing the word playlist?

For example; This is how it looks now

playlist: Rating 1
Rating 2
Rating 3
Rating 4
Rating 5

What i feel would look better is this;

Rating 1
Rating 2
Rating 3
Rating 4
Rating 5

Having the word playlist seems pointles, and somewhat untidy.
