How to play an audio/m4a

I've received an "audio/m4a" file which will play on Realplayer but not on MJ8. Help, please.

I am afraid that Media Jukebox 8 does not support m4a files.

JRiver's newer Media Center 11.1 can play m4a files if the system has Apple's Quicktime installed (or alternatively DirectShow filters for m4a/mp4 playback).
