On a clean install without plug-ins, trying to save a file as mp3 in Media Editor causes an error.  It goes through the motions (progress bar) for a minute or two, but fails without a clear explanantion.

Going to "Convert Format" in the main application and downloading the encoders fixes the problem.

I suggest adding a way of downloading the encoders from within Media Editor.
