For all those looking for a way to get the upgrade price:

1. You must have a licensed previous version installed.
2. Download and Install unregistered trial version of MC12.
3. After installation, open MC12 and you can purchase at the upgrade price from there.
4. Registration key should install automatically.
5. You will have to close MC12 and reopen to see Registration Info in Help Menu.
