How do you keep custom views?

Every time I start MC it reverts to Default view. errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

right click on the column header, select view layout, save current layout

you can give it a name also

It shouldn't be doing this.  Are your library files Read only or something weird?  Are they owned by another user on the system?  Check the security settings on the files themselves and make sure they're all cool.

To be clear, I'm talking about MC's Library files, not the media files themselves!

To be clear, I'm talking about MC's Library files, not the media files themselves!

I've had MC startup sometimes with all the views reset to the default.  I have never figured out why it happens one time and not all the time.

I have presets made, and have to use them....MC often starts with the columns set to default fields.
