I used one of my restores, but received two emails at the same time that dropped my remaining restores by two. Is there a way to get one of the restores credited back? If so, what steps do I need to take?

Please post here if you run out.  That's the only time we make any adjustments.

You basically get a lifetime of restores, JRiver just hands them out 10 at a time. As Jim said, when you do run out just post, they'll fix you  up.
