Why don't DVD covers show anymore?

I am really confused but lately, I can't get the covers to my DVDs to show up!  Is this something with my setup or do other people have this issue?  I have selected Quick Find but it doesn't seem to make any difference.  CD cover art shows fine, video and picture thumbnails also show (they are generated from the content).  It seems like it's just an issue with the VIDEO_TS imports and picking up the folder.jpg file there.

Any ideas?
