Hey,
I have asked this before; Can MC be less restrictive when reading XML files of podcasts? Especially the date field. For example, a single period will generate an error. The feed http://podcast.dr.dk/p3/rssfeed/desortespejdere.xml has as wrongly formatted PubDate (<pubDate>12.  Feb 2007 17:00 GMT</pubDate>). There should not be a period after “12”.
Will you please let MC be more “broad-minded”?  Web masters doesn’t always do the best job of creating xml files. . .

Agree.  If MC12 runs in to 'invalid' entries it needs to either convert them as null or give them a default - not just choke on the feed.  Key requirement of RSS handling is that you can 'deal with' minor issues in feed data.

Does the JRiver team plan to making the internal XML-reader more “broad minded”? That would certainly be nice, if MC was better at parsing XML. . .

I have improved the date processing - it is much more flexible now.
Available in 12.0.182 or later.
