"Charged" for extra "restored license"

Hello,

While trying to reinstall MC11 I kept getting asked for my key and gave it a number of times.

So now my number of "restores" has been deducted 2 extra times.

This was all in the space of a few minutes so obviously I wasn't restoring. 

How can I get them back? 

How do you reach someone who is responsible?

If you run out, you can just post here.  We can fix it.

You get ten in each 12 month period, and you can use the Install Key for 14 days after each restore, so it's not likely that you'll run out.
