Smart Playlist - VERY smart

Can anyone think how to put together a (VERY) smart playlist that plays the latest particluar news cast on the hour, reverting back to whatever music ws playing before.

BBC News is updated hourly http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/rmhttp/downloadtrial/worldservice/summary/rss.xml

I guess a scheduled changeover of playlists???
