MC and Vista Photo Metadata

Does MC 12 work with the embedded XML metadata in photos that Vista uses?

Doubtful.  We don't do anything special for photos on Vista.

Too bad.

The embedded XML schema I refer to is also the approach being used by Adobe's Photoshop Elements and I suspect is likely to become a standard.

I've been using MC's phototagging for several years, but it doesn't seem to be supported in any other applications.

Personally, my main concern is having tags recognized by Windows Media Center, which MS's and Adobe's tags are.

When it becomes a standard, we'll support it.  MC has used embedded XML in JPG files for several years.  Microsoft could probably use it if they wanted to.
