The helicopter belongs to the Mexican federal police.  When we arrived, it was being pulled out of a semi-trailer truck.  It had been shipped from New York where it was built.  The pictures are from the next morning, when they were firing it up to test it.

The development team almost never sleeps.  Rick is in the Twins' jacket.  Matt's in the checked shirt.
