Ok, I've been trying and trying but still have no idea how to accomplish the following:  ?

I'd like to make a playlist or smartlist of all my favorite songs, and when syncing to the device it should do the following:

1. Sync a set of files that should always be on the device. (This could be a different list)
2. For the remainder of the capacity, take a random subset of the songs in the full list and copy them to the device (converting where needed).
3. Really nice would be if higher rated songs were picked more often, or to be able to specify percentages of the random set based on star ratings.  Eg. 40% 4-5 stars, 30% 2-3.5 stars, 20% 1-1.5 stars and 10% of the rest.

Any ideas??  I'd imagine other people might want to do something similar to this as well?
