Add/Play is adding every track in current album??

In theatre view when I choose a single track to play or add to the 'now playing' playlist, every track in the album is being added....

I know 100% that this didnt used to happen (yesterday) so It's something I've changed somewhere but can't for the life of me find out what it was.  ?

Play should play them all, while Add should only add the one.  There was a huge discussion about this a while back, but I don't remember the eventual outcome.  Does anyone know if this follows the Options --> General --> Double Click behavior (as we suggested if they didn't want to add a separate option) now?

Even when choosing 'add', the whole album is added rather than the single track :(
