Media Jukebox DOES NOT rip slowly

The encoder Media Jukebox use his not fast but gives the best quality.

If you have room on your drive, rip to APE format[very fast].At night or when away from your computer, convert to mp3 SETTING MEDIA JUKEBOX TO DELETE ORIGINAL FILE.

If you go to any serious sites about encoding, you will read that the less important criterion his the speed of the encoder

What format are you ripping to?  Wav, MP3?  What ripping mode are you using?  Is the CD damaged or scratched?  If you are ripping a scratched disc in digital secure mode, MJ will rip slowly because it is re-reading the data multiple times to try to get accurate results.

More details, please.
