Everytime i try to connect my Ipod shuffel MC 12 brakes down, i do have other Ipods where i have no problems. I works fine wiht ITunes. ?

What version of MC? Please copy your system info from MC Help and paste it here.

Did you try updating MC?

Are you running Vista and do you have Nero installed?

I Do run 12.0.147 (registered), when i tryed to update to a new version it came out with an error ! i do not run vista yet but are about to install it should i not ?

The Error when i try to install upgrade is Can not start program ........./install package -4476. temp ' error unkonwn (31)

I do not have nero installed either

Uninstall your current version. Reboot. Reinstall the download from this page: http://www.jrmediacenter.com/download.html .
