audio working but not video....

I am able to recieve audio but not video from downloaded torrents.All that happens is a dark screen with media logo in the center accompied by sound of movie.I am on my 30 day free trial.Is there any way of contacting company directly?

This is the correct place for help.  At the bottom of the FAQ thread (on this board), there is a link to a video thread by Yaobing.
