What is the best lossy MPC@extreme or OGG@normal/high

What is the best? i use ape to rip my cd's but i have a few that i don't want use ape and i want to use a lossy format but with great sound, what is the best MPC at extreme or OGG at normal/hight option?

Generally, MPC is considered to be the best sounding lossy encoder at bitrates above 160kbps.  At those bitrates, OGG quality is probably more comparable to MP3.  Also, OGG has been primarily tuned for sound quality at low bitrates (below 128).  From what I've read over at Hydrogen Audio, there is still a lot of tuning that needs to be done for higher bitrate OGG.
