Error while tagging in MC12.240

I have an message on my screen while tagging some files in MC12 build 240:
"Tagging Error"
Media Center encounted errors while tagging and moving files.
Check that the file exist, are not read-only, and are not in use by other programs.

This message pops up only while tagging some files, and all I do is the same for all the files.
How can I know how a file is "Read-only"?

I have newer seen this message in use with MC 10, and this is the same library.
