I seem to remember that JRiver bought the rights from the original creator around the time v12 was released (I think).

I had actually purchased this plugin from the original creator (can't remember who that was, sorry), and it has long since been lost while I was traveling.

Is J River offering this plugin somewhere?  I looked on the plugin pages and didn't find it, and didn't find it in the plugin forum (although I could have missed it).

Can someone update me on the current situation with this plugin and how I might get it installed (again) on my machine?

I think they bought the code\rights, but RhinoBanga would continue to develop it.

it did not seem like it got much fanfare after the announcement

Thanks for the info King.  i was sure I was going crazy when I couldn't find it in MC.  I knew I read that J River bought the plugin (in some fashion) but I couldn't find it.

Can anyone tell me then how the licensing works?  If J River owns the rights, and I already paid Rhino for it once (albiet a couple of years ago), how do I go about licensing the version I just downloaded?
