Erroneous CC charges... please fix

A few months ago I purchased the full version of MJ 8.0 for $39.95. Recenlty I needed to reinstall MJ along with the upgrade. A subsequent email indicated new charges for $24.98 were incurred plus there's a two-week expiration of the upgrade! Please fix and kindly confirm. Thanks.

For the e-mail address you used to register here, I show only a single purchase of MJ8 on January 28. This was for $24.98. We have not charged your card a second time.

Your MJ license is not valid for the upgrade to Media Center 9. There is a $19.98 upgrade fee. Please see:
