Missing Track Names & Album Name During Ripping
« on: July 13, 2007, 07:51:15 pm »

I am using MC 12.0.279 and have the following options checked off under DISK RIP:

* Enable online disc lookup
* Enable online disk submission
* Use digital playback of audio CD's
* Analyze audio during ripping
* Eject CD after ripping
* Enable auto rip mode
* Get coverart from internet after ripping
* Show recently ripped playlist after ripping
* Play sound after ripping

I inserted JOHN LEGEND "Get LIfted" original CD and gave permission to start ripping and when it was completed I was missing ALL TRACK NAMES (only got 1 to 14) and ALBUM NAME.  I DID get the Artist name and the coverart.

What changes do I need to make so that I get the Track Names and the Album name?

Many thanks!

If the disk isn't found, you can enter the information by hand.

Yes, I went ahead and did that.

Also, I ripped the second album of John's called "Once Again" and all went fine.

Lastly, can you please point me to where I can find how to manually fix it when the ripping process finds the wrong album art?  That happened with the first one but not with the second one.  I understand I need to update a separate directory as well as something inbedded in the track.

Thanks again...

Insert the CD and view the tracks.  Then slow double click on each field to edit.  Use the down arrow to switch to the next track.

When you're finished, right click on the CD and choose submit to Internet.
