Interupted Podcast download -- starts again from scratch

My internet connection is dial-up.  Occasionally the connection is dropped, my computer is set to redial quickly.  Can Media Center resume a podcast download without starting again from scratch?  (The podcast is manually selected for download, 70% + complete...)

Me too... Even though I'm not on dialup anymore (thankfully), when downloading video podcasts the download time can be relatively long and it's quite frustrating when it "messes up" and changes to Retry(1) at 92%.
