With music, since the info is mostly in the file, this seems like less of an issue, but What is the best way to move video files and not loose the info youve entered into the tags, especially if your moving them to a CD or DVD . Is there a way in MC to say "ok now these 11 files reside at d:\video\"

You should turn auto-import off, move your file, then edit the filename directly in the list view to tell MC where it now resides.

To do this in bulk, you can use Find and Replace on the filename under Tools->Library Tools. Try it with one file first.
