You Can Feel The Passion And The Way She Sings It Makes You Have No Doubt In What She Is Singing.

"Neighborhood #3 (Power Out)" by The Arcade Fire. I know it's a bit of a cliché to describe The Arcade Fire as passionate, but this song really exemplifies the truth of it. The whole song is incredibly powerful, but in particular, the vocals on this track always raise the hairs on the back of my neck.
