Slow Importing

Hey there.  A few months back, I built a new system and put Vista Ultimate x64 on it.  I hadn't gotten around to reinstalling MC12 until tonight.  I installed it and scanned my music folder.  It found all the files really quickly, but actually adding them to the library is going _extremely_ slow.  It's been going for about 10 minutes now and only ~1200 of my almost 9000 songs have actually been added to the library.  Has anyone else seen anything like this?  It was never this slow when I ran 32bit XP and imported using the default options.

Could the drive or network be slow for some reason?

This isn't something we've heard a lot of.

I ran a few benchmarks, and they show the drive is functioning normally (Not a network share).

The drive IS just about full (250gb drive with 15gb free), so that may or may not make a difference.  I did notice, however, that after about 2000 songs, the importing went much faster.  Not sure what the deal was, but I'll keep an eye on it next time I try it.
