Has anyone tried downloading mp3's from '21st century'. The site looks good,but the 'Terms and Conditions' are scary!!

Do not see anything scarry.
You do not get spyware,you do not get Browser Helper Object and no virus
They just want to keep they adress hidden and you not to have anti-pop up softwares running.
The funny thing is what they do not send more pop up than CNN,Netscape or mp3.com

I Had Never Heard Of It Before And After Reading This Post I Did A Search And Found It..But Didnt Download Anything...It Wanted To Download Stuff To My Computer (Spyware I'm Assuming) And I Refused
Has Anyone Downloaded From Them And Is It Any Good?
