Handheld features missing?

I may be mistaken, but I was certain there was an option when converting during sync to select:
"Do not convert same file type"

Also, shouldn't there be a selection for "Apply DSP during Sync" as there is in CD burning options? Just my opinion on this one, the first one I think used to exist.

Yet Another Great Feature Request

They just never seem to end!  One after another!  I almost want to hibernate for a 6 months or so and wake up to an even better Media Center.  I always look forward to each new release--especially when features I want are in there.
