playback problem
« on: August 17, 2002, 07:06:59 pm »

My problem is I got rid of the skips by using analog, now the CD
playback only plays one song. How can I get MJ to play more than one
song.

Instead of using analog, go back and change it to digital. Then while in the options of playback, try and change output to a different setting.

Note, do not use disk writer, that is for something else.

Wave Out should be the default. See the settings button next to Wave Out? Click that and slide the lever to 'More Skip Resistant'. This should help if you are having skip problems with Digtal playback.

The other option is Direct Sound, you could try that, but it is probably not going to work. Easy enough to try though.

Also, if posting on Interact it helps to paste your Sytem Info from the Help button. Reply in the same thread and 'Paste'. This can be done with a right click or 'Ctrl |PLS| V'.
