Hi Kajo,

Have you considered upgrading to MC12?

MC9 is very old now.

Quote
If you currently own Media Jukebox 8.0 or Media Center 9.0, 10.0, 11.0, or 11.1, the price to upgrade to MC12 from any of these is $19.98.  PLEASE NOTE: You will need to have one of these installed and correctly licensed before you will get the upgrade price in MC12.

I would not hold your breath in waiting for any bugs to be fixed in MC9.

There is still a discount for you to upgrade.

MC12 is much better than mc9 and most options on how mc12 works are configurable.

MC12 is $19.98 for the update from MC9.  Is that your question?

Hi kajo!

It is very difficult to understand your question. The translator did bad work.

What is you native language? We have forum members from all over the world. Maybe one of the forum members could translate better.

In general, MC9.1 is several years old. It is not going to be changed or fixed.

You can try to uninstall and reinstall. The last MC 9.1 installer is available here:
ftp://ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/music/old/MediaCenter91319.exe

JRiver did some small fixes between the versions 9.1.316 and 9.1.319.

You may want to back up your media library before uninstalling. (File > Library > Backup Library...)

If you have cover art files in the default location you should back up them too. If I recall correctly the default location for cover art was something like C:\Program files\J River\Media Center\Data\Cover Art.

I have MC-9 properly licensed and want to upgrade to MC-12, but cannot find how to get the upgrade for 19.95 as you mentioned in your post.  Can you tell me how?  Thanks

You are supposed to start the purchase process inside MC12. It should be able to automatically detect your MC9 license and offer the reduced upgrade price.

I posted some MC10->MC12 upgrade instructions a few days ago in this thread:
http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=43164

The instructions are valid for MC9 too.
