Feature Request: Priority of Ripping process

Would be nice to be able to define the encoder/ripping process priority.

yes please, then you can make sure that the ripping process slows down when other more critical processes - like seamless non-stuttering playback continues unaffected...

not so important for mega powerful machines, but my puny system sometimes struggles when ripping playing and me interacting with the system simultaneously...

another idea to protect precious playback would be able to limit the number of tracks added to the playing now list. I notice that when I accidentally add my entire collection to playing now, the system struggles (30000 tracks), If I could limit it the number to an arbitary amount (1000 say) it doesn't stutter playback
