Shortcuts to different libraries?

I'm slowly cataloging a large collection of Old Time Radio cd/dvds and have set up a different library to store the data. Is it possible to set up two different shortcuts in Windows, one that will point to my main, music based media library, and another that will launch MC with the OTR library loaded?
