is there any chance you to incorporate this.
When in Audio Pane, on Artist view, a single click will pop up  the albums without changing the window
also when u click to see the songs of that album a scroll down popup will show the songs.
Just to make all the action in the same window the artist covers are, instead of changing the windows back and forth or having to close the window files

I think this is there.  Or something close.

In the Audio view, pick "Artist" from the drop-list that may say "Pane" at the top of the view.

Then click the "Album" or "File" link on any artist.
