How do I synchronize the jukebox with a folder

I am reorganizing my mp3's.  In doing so I'm making new folders within folders by the artist's name.  What I want to know is:  is there an easy way to sync the jukebox with the main folder?  I know that I can hit the import button and it will import the files at the new locations, but it does not remove the old files from my library.  Any help?

File > Library > Update Library
Click the Help button in the resulting window for more info
