......Or any menu item not inculded in the set of hotkeys/buttons currently?
I find myself using some of my custom "send to" commands Almost constantly (to look up artowrk / edit/ etc...) and it would be nice not to have to constantly traverse the menu structure to do it. Also looking up and submitting track info and cover art would be really nice to have on a tool bar, as would rename file from properties. Is there a way to do this?

Unfortunatley, what you ask is not possible.

Have you tried to change the "Right click recent command count" value to 8 in Tools > Options > Tree & View > Advanced ? It helps a bit.
