Convert Format - WMA to MP3

MJ keeps crashing when it attempts to convert from WMA to MP3.  ALL my Media files are run off a server (e.g. \\homer\music )

I'm using Windows XP SP1.

XP will popup a Send Error Notification window while MP converts... MP converts files successfully during the error message however.
