Extended File Info / coverart support suggestion
« on: January 06, 2008, 08:31:50 am »

Part of this has been suggested as <filename>.jpg in the same folder as the media file to support automatic coverart support.

If this were extended for <filename>.htm for a html file that displays info from an info button in theater view.

This html file could be populated in many ways - either manually/user built (I'd be happy with that at present) and long term through spider type fucntions from imdb etc.....

It could even be just a frame pointing to imbd or whatever directly.

This is currently supported in MC12.

It's been there for several years.  Try the FAQ on this board and Alex B's posts on cover art.
