New theater view item

I would really like the option to have a left side button to immediately jump to full screen playback.  I will often hit backspace to jump to theater view during a video and to get back to full screen, I have to hit Big Screen and another item...two steps.  Plus I lose my place then.

Does double clicking on the playback screen get you back into Theater View, with a small display window that you can double click on again to return to fullscreen mode?

Backspace goes back to the theater view GUI.  I use remotes and have limited options...mainly arrows and enter with the vitals: play/pause/ff/rw/next/prev/backspace/pg up/pg down...etc.
