FLAC plugins

I just wanted to say Hi and Thank You to JRiver for taking over the FLAC plugins.  I haven't posted here in a while, because I've actually had time to have a life and do other things for some time now.  My wife appreciates it  :D

It's also a testament to how robust it was, that there have been very few problems since.

One of these days, I'll start back up on the WavPack plugins and try to get them up to speed.
