Display Cover Art When Small Feature Requests

1) Can you make the minimum size for this to take effect be a bit larger like maybe 1 inch?

2) The cover art displayed, should it not display whatever you have set for the normal cover art settings i.e. (plain, drop shadow, rotated)?  Right now it shows up on a lame white background.
