Great program - learned to love it in 30 days and now it won't register.  When I was downloading it hung up indefinitely but seemed to completely download- maybe not? anyways I've tried to restore from the internet and file and no luck. can anyone help me? if there is not a way to get the license to work, how would I go about getting a credit and repurchase with the hope the 2nd tries the charm. thanks for any help.

Have you tried the FAQ under Jukebox/Purchase above?  It should answer your questions.

If you do a restore, try using IE as your browser.

Yes I tried all the restore suggestions on the website, thru program and on internet using IE and WinXP.  The program didnt seem like it downloaded properly but when I recieved email confirmation and # assumed all was good - all is not good. tried everything and think I need to redownload / install.  Is this likely? any suggestions that are not already outlined in the help/support? how would I go about getting a credit for a repurchase? thanks for any suggestions.

Hi Steve,

Go to the restore page, and right click on the link to save it as a file, and then double click on the file to run it. If this doesn't work, let me know...

right clicked - selected save to download manager? nothing seemed to happen, left click and error stating unable to open lic. file? any thoughts? thanks for the help

could this problem be related to another more irritation than a problem - every time media J tries to connect to the web it uses my dial up aol which is not what I use and don't know how to change default net connection in mj to my dsl

Can you just "save as" when you right click?  Without using download manager?

No option to save as.  We are all talking about right clicking the restore button on the restore page, right? or am i more confused than when I at the wrong mushroom and got lost in the woods over night. thanks, Steve
