Scroll bar keyboard shortcuts?

Running MC 12.0.441.

The scroll bars in the content pane seem to only work with the mouse.

In particular, I would like to scroll right to view other tags without using the mouse.

Are there keyboard shortcuts to scroll right/left?

Other strategies to use that work with the keyboard on the scroll bars?
