I am being cool, the lady i spoke to in "Minnesota," (Sorry about that no offense intended) was less than helpfull, and i perceived that she was bordering on passive agressive. No, i was being rather nice, and speaking to her in a polite tone and manner. i am used to speaking on the phone to someone, when i have a problem.
No Machine Head, i did not >> get an e-mail confirming that you actually purchased MJ?<< i entered my info twice, compleate with credit card info, and got nothing. also i had had MJB 7 and my system crashed in the process of migrating everything from a 30 GB to an 80 GB HDD and i lost everything! cant get back serial # cause i can't find the back-up i made of the serial, and te e-mail i had with the info was archived on my local drive, that's why i've gotten slightly peeved. Sorry, i did not mean to take it out on you folks or to insult anyone, i'm just concerned about my info floating around in ether limbo for anyone to pick-up.
Thanks folks for the replies.
