MP3 Encoder questions

So I downloaded Media Jukebox, and bought the MP3 encoder for it. And I have a couple of questions, 1 - Can I install it on multiple computers? 2 - does the encoder have any hardware acceleration, or is it simply a software encoder? 3 - I need to download it again and I'm not sure how to go about doing that...how do I do that?
