Cannot Import files

Recently installed Media Jukebox.  The program will not locate or import music files.  Most music files are from CDs, but some are purchased at ITunes.  Nothing will import.  I have tried everything I can find or think of to import, are there any ideas out there?

How are you trying to import?  Step by step.  Check the advanced options to see what file types you're importing.

I noticed that none of my ITunes songs were imported.  Mp4 doesn't seem to be on the list.

Mp4 is a video format.  Are you looking for m4p?

Do they not import if you select AAC Audio under import?
