In MC 12.0.491 you will be able to group rules to be OR'd and AND'd together simply by encasing them in brackets ('( )' to OR them and '[ ]' to AND them) so that...

( Rule 1
  Rule 2 ) = (Rule 1 OR Rule 2)

( Rule 1
[ Rule 2
  Rule 3 ]
  Rule 4 ) = (Rule 1 OR (Rule 2 AND Rule 3) OR Rule 4)

For example...



becomes...
